Analytics
The Analytics dashboard provides comprehensive performance insights for your creative output, connecting your concepts and batches to real advertising performance data from Meta.
This means that you can easily see which messaging & formats perform best for your brand and plan your creative cycles accordingly.
Analytics Dashboard Overview
The Analytics dashboard displays a data table where each row represents a concept, with expandable sub-rows showing individual batches. The table provides:
- Hierarchical view: Concepts expand to show their associated batches
- Aggregated metrics: Concept-level rows show aggregated performance across all batches
- Sticky header and footer: Column headers and totals remain visible while scrolling
- Row selection: Select batches for bulk actions
- Footer totals: Aggregated totals and averages for all visible data
Date Range Selection

Control the time period for analytics data using the date range selector in the top left:
Presets
- Last 14 days
- Last 30 days (default)
- Last 60 days
- Month to date
- Last month
Custom Range
Select Custom to specify exact start and end dates using the calendar picker.
Available Metrics
The analytics table includes extensive metrics organized into categories:
System Columns

Column Management

Click the “Show” button to manage which columns are visible and their order.
Showing/Hiding Columns
- Search: Filter columns by name
- Shown Columns: Columns currently visible in the table
- Hidden Columns: Columns available to add, organized by category
Click a hidden column to show it, or click the eye icon on a shown column to hide it.
Reordering Columns
Drag and drop shown columns to change their display order in the table.
Filtering Data

Click the “Filters” button to apply filters to your data.
Adding Filters
- Click the “Add Filter” dropdown
- Select a filter type
- Configure the filter values
Filter Types
Number Filters (Spend, ROAS, CPA, AOV, CVR, Connected Ads):
- Set minimum and/or maximum values
Selection Filters (Status, Media Format, Cycles, Offers, Personas, Core Emotions, Problems, Sophistication Stages, Awareness States, Trigger Events):
- Select one or more values to include
Date Filter (Launch Date):
- Set a date range
Removing Filters
Click the X icon on any active filter to remove it.
Grouping Data

Click the “Group” button to group rows by positioning attributes.
Available Grouping Columns
- Persona
- Core Emotion
- Problem
- Sophistication Stage
- Awareness State
- Trigger Event
Managing Groups
- Click a column from Available Columns to add it as a grouping level
- Drag and drop grouped columns to change the grouping hierarchy
- Click the X on a grouped column to remove it
- Click Clear all to remove all groupings
Sorting Data

Click any column header to sort by that column. Click again to toggle between ascending and descending order.
Selection Actions
Select batches using the checkboxes to enable bulk actions:
- Open in Ads Manager: Opens selected ads in Meta Ads Manager
- Connect New Ad: Link a new ad to a selected batch (single selection only)
Saved Views
Save your current table configuration (columns, filters, sorting, grouping, date range) as a view for quick access later.
Saving a View
- Configure the table as desired
- Click “Views” > “Save view”
- Enter a name for the view
- Click “Save”
Applying a View
- Click “Views”
- Hover over a saved view
- Click “Apply view”
Managing Views

Hover over a saved view to access options:
- Apply view: Load the view’s settings
- Update with current settings: Overwrite the view with current table configuration
- Set as default: Automatically apply this view when opening Analytics
- Delete: Remove the saved view
Default View
Set a view as default to automatically apply it when you open the Analytics dashboard. The default view is marked with a star icon.
Tip
Create different views for different analysis needs - for example, a “Performance Review” view focused on ROAS and CPA, or a “Creative Analysis” view focused on hook rates and retention metrics.
