Videos
The video library is a centralized repository for managing all your video assets. Upload, organize, search, and access your raw video content that will be used in creative production.
These videos can be connected to scenes when briefing videos ads so the video editor can know exactly which clips to use.
Content Library Overview
The Content Library displays all uploaded videos in a grid layout, showing:
- Video thumbnail with processing status
- Video name
- Duration
- Upload date
Videos are automatically processed after upload to generate thumbnails, transcripts, and descriptions.
Uploading Videos
- Click the “Upload Videos” button in the top right corner
- Select one or more video files from your computer
- A progress bar will appear showing the upload status
- Once complete, a checkmark indicates successful upload
Note
Videos are processed automatically after upload. A processing indicator will appear in the bottom right corner showing how many files are being processed.
Supported Formats
The content library accepts standard video formats including MP4, MOV, and other common video file types.
Processing Status
After upload, videos go through automatic processing which includes:
While processing, videos display a “Processing…” overlay on their thumbnail. Once complete, the status changes to “Ready”.
Searching Content
The Content Library provides powerful search capabilities to find your videos quickly.
Search Modes
Use the search bar to find videos by:
- Filename: Search by the video’s file name (default)
- Description: Search within AI-generated video descriptions
- Transcript: Search within video transcripts
To change search mode, click the dropdown next to the search bar and select your preferred mode.
Sorting Options
When searching by filename, you can sort results by:
- Newest First: Most recently uploaded videos appear first
- Oldest First: Oldest uploaded videos appear first
- Shortest First: Shortest duration videos appear first
- Longest First: Longest duration videos appear first
Viewing Video Details
Click on any video card to open its detail page. The detail page provides:
Video Player
A full-featured video player with playback controls. The player automatically loads when the video is ready.
Note
Videos that are still processing cannot be played. Wait for processing to complete before viewing.
Video Information
The sidebar displays key metadata:
- Type: The content type
- Duration: Total length of the video
- Status: Processing or Ready
- Created: Upload date
- Updated: Last modification date
Description
An AI-generated description of the video content. This description is searchable from the Content Library.
Transcript
The full text transcript extracted from the video’s audio. Useful for:
- Finding specific spoken content
- Reviewing video content without watching
- Searching across your content library
Managing Videos
Downloading a Video
From the video detail page:
- Click the “Download” button in the top right
- The original video file will be downloaded to your computer
Note
Download is only available for videos that have finished processing.
Deleting a Video
To delete a video:
- Open the video detail page
- Click the “Delete” button
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog
Caution
Deleting a video permanently removes it from your content library. This action cannot be undone.
