Team Members
You can invite your team members into the app and assign them roles.
Roles & Permissions
| Role | Description | Permissions |
|---|---|---|
| Owner | A founder or executive of the brand | All permissions |
| Creative Strategist | A creative strategist in charge of the creative production | All permissions except inviting team members |
| Editor | A video or image editor | Access to cycles, concepts, batches and content library |
| Video Editor | A video editor (will be preselected when creating video batches) | Access to cycles, concepts, batches and content library |
| Image Editor | An image editor (will be preselected when creating video batches) | Access to cycles, concepts, batches and content library |
| Media Buyer | A media buyer that is in charge of uploading ads to Meta | Access to cycles, concepts, batches and analytics |
Managing Team Members
In the Team Members section, you can:
- See a list of all your team members and their roles.
- Invite new team members.
- Edit existing team members’ roles.
- Remove team members.
Invite a Team Member
- Click on Invite Team Member.
- Enter a name, email and role for the team member.
- An email will be sent to the team member to register in the app.
Edit a Team Member Role
You can change the role of the team member in the table using the dropdown menu.
Remove a Team Member
You can remove a team member from the app by clicking on the trash icon on the right side of the table.
